Day 4 Love Letters

Ok, So I decided to go literal with this one...check it out!

Yeah...I messed up BOTH of them during this stage of waiting for them to dry.  >:(

The Orly Decades of Dysfunction DOES NOT DRY WELL NOT HOLD UP WELL FOR NAIL ART.  In any form...whether it is a base coat or an accent color, as I used it here.  It takes For-Ever to dry. GRR!

    I like your colour choices the paler colour to outline the heart really makes it stand out :) x
